In the dictionary next to the entry “Kindergarten Teacher” should be a picture of our Miss Copeland. Her gentle, but no nonsense attitude, combined with a lifetime of experience make her a favorite of her students year after year. Inspired by a grade school teacher, she knew at a young age that this was to be her life mission. Spending time with the Kindergarteners and watching how much they grow academically, emotionally, socially and spiritually is the greatest joy she receives from teaching. In her free time, Miss Copeland enjoys spending time with family and friends. "Always be helpful and kind to others" is the quote that Miss Copeland strives to live by - a perfect motto for any Kindergarten teacher.
